Auction Terms & Conditions

Auction Schedule

Online auctions run every Monday at 11:00 PM and close the following Monday at 7:00 PM.
Soft close is in effect.

Fees

12% Buyer’s Premium
13% HST
$1.00 handling fee per item

Payment Terms

Payment is due the day after the auction ends (Tuesday).
By default, your credit card on file will be charged.
Receipts will be emailed after payment is processed.

Alternate Payment Methods

E-transfer, debit, or cash must be requested:

• In the “Notes to Auctioneer” before registering
• Or by contacting us directly

If not arranged by 10:00 AM Tuesday, your card will be charged.

Non-Payment Policy

Failure to pay will result in:

• Account suspension
• Invoice sent to collections
• Recovery of commission and buyer’s fees

Pickup Information

📍 Location:
4635 Queen St Unit D, Niagara Falls, ON
(Back of the building off St. Lawrence Ave & Park St.)

🕒 Pickup Days (3-day window only):

• Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM
• Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM – 6 PM

⚠️ Items not picked up within this timeframe:

• Will be considered abandoned
• Will be resold for storage recovery
• No exceptions

Shipping

Available within Canada only.
Shipping is charged at cost.
❌ We do NOT ship to the USA.

Important Policies

• All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS
• No returns or refunds
• Inspect items before leaving pickup location
• Ensure you collect all items

New Bidders

Must be registered and approved before bidding.

Bidding Rules

• No bid cancellations
• Do not bid unless you intend to purchase
• All bids are final

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for your account at all times
• Do NOT share your login information
• All activity on your account is your responsibility

Payment & Registration Rules

• Must register using your own credit card
• Card must match the account holder name

Loading Policy

We do not assist with loading items.
Bring help if needed.
